Our planning team examines the building rights, plans an innovative, effective project, and presents it to the residents and the authorities. Each step is done with transparency and coordination, in order to improve your quality of life.
We promote the plan with the authorities: the municipality, planning committees, city engineer, and other stakeholders. We adjust as needed, and guide the plan towards preliminary approval, with full backing from the municipality.
At this stage the legal agreements are signed with all homeowners. We ensure your rights, handle the property rights, provide close legal counsel, and make sure every detail is covered – no small print.
After final approval, we apply for a building permit, publish the plan, coordinate with the authorities, and begin to formulate the physical workplan. This is when the simulations start turning into reality.
Now it all happens: Organized relocation of all residents to interim housing, beginning the new construction under strict supervision – and then returning to a new apartment in a modern building, within a dynamic, revitalized neighborhood.
