Reisdor in Rosh Ha'ayin

In Rosh Ha'ayin, construction just doesn’t stop, and urban development is impressive. Reisdor’s Rosh Ha'ayin project will comprise 173 residential units in 9 buildings - part of the Housing Ministry’s discounted housing initiative “Buyer’s Price” lottery.
3,000 sqm of commercial space will be built under the residential units, to serve the needs of the residents of the buildings and of the entire neighborhood.

The area

Close to the entrance to the city and to major traffic arteries. The project will be built in Area C as a new residential complex completing urban development in southern Rosh Ha’ayin, between Areas A & B, which are in a more advanced stage of planning.

Reisdor residents will enjoy a green urban environment complete with spacious, landscaped parks and lots of quiet, restful corners.

The new neighborhood will include public buildings and open areas that will be part of the existing public service system in the city.
